I had the pleasure of photographing this sweet little guy and his family this week.

He also brought along his well behaved brother Tag. The cute factor is in overload with these two boys!

Meeting Beaumont families is a perk of my job. I loved every minute of our shoot and had fun too.

Its that time of year ~ Beaumont Alberta Family Photographer

Its that time of year again when we are either planning ahead for our Christmas card pictures or making a mad dash in 2 months to get those photos done. Either way you look at it its busy! I met this family courtesy of my donation to the Crohn’s and Colitis fund. They got themselves a free family session and I was never more delighted and honoured to provide that for them. I loved the family from the get go when I realized they were not the couple chowing down on ice cream before our session *wink wink* They delighted me with stories of dad and mom so much so that my cheeks hurt from laughing and smiling about 20 minutes into our session.

I loved the closeness of everyone and congratulate you all for not arguing even once! Way to go Page family!

I was thrilled to see that they brought along Utah for pictures as well. I just love this one of him.

Leduc Alberta Marriage ~ Beaumont Alberta Wedding Photographer

I was able to capture the wedding of Jon and Brandy this week. It was so sweet to see that Jon serenaded Brandy with his guitar as she walked down the aisle. It was a pleasure to photograph their day. Jon and Brandy told me they have been together for 7 yrs now. It was wonderful to see they are still so much in love.

After the ceremony we went over to Telford Lake for formals. It was a beautiful location and perfect for them as the place held special meaning for them both.

Brandy was absolutely stunning in her wedding finery.

Air Cadets to Air Force in Beaumont

I met this local family at an event in support of Beaumont a few years back. The Air Cadets were helping provide service for the event. Sharon was a pleasure to speak with that night and kept me company for the event. Later on I met her son. He had been in the Cadets then and wore his uniform proudly. While Im not sure why this family stood out they ultimately did. Maybe it was their friendliness or the sense of love and family I got from them. This week Sean is leaving for basic training. He is meeting his life long dream and doing great things for himself and our country.

When Sharon called to book their session I at first didnt realize she was the same woman. I am glad to know they are well and doing great things.

We celebrated this family by shooting at Seans childhood home under the tree he used to climb (ok still does). They both have big birthdays coming up as well. Happy birthday to you both!

Weekend Engagement ~ Olds Alberta Wedding Photographer

I met the gorgeous Jamie and Rex this weekend. They are the sweetest couple. Jamie took me on a driving tour of the town she lives in and we chatted along the way. I got to meet her fiance Rex of course as well as their parents and sibling. What a great way to meet everyone before the big day. It was easy to tell how in love these two are and how loved they are by their family. I cannot wait for their wedding! Here are a few photos from their sneak peek e-session

Backyard Wedding ~ Beaumont Alberta Wedding Photographer

Today I had the pleasure of photographing a backyard wedding here in Beaumont. This couple came from Saskatchewan to celebrate in the warmth of their closest friends and family.

Its been a rainy day but a few clouds and sprinkles would not hold the Behr’s back. We celebrated in style in the home of loving and hysterical sister Vawn.

Shenanigans ensued! No piddly fence will hold back this Sasky bride!

Its just not a party until some rides the deer.

I met with Derek and Daphne this week to capture some engagement photos with them. They are a gorgeous couple truly in love and it shows in everything they do together. We headed out of town to a pretty lake I knew of. It seems everytime I go to this lake I hit major storms. This one was not to be outdone. Here are a few pictures of our day.

This past weekend I had the please of photographing a sweet little boy! He was so precious and super willing to sleep through everything. His mom Emily is super lucky and so am I! Emily and Baby boy were such a treat. Both sweet as can be. I loved working with you and hope you enjoy your images.

For me its all in the details…look at those precious little toes…I could just eat them up!

A Beauty Session | Beaumont Alberta Glamour

I got a phone call for a beauty session from a local Beaumont woman. She sells these wraps called ItWorks. She recently lost some weight and wanted to show how well the wraps worked for her. We spent some time chatting while her hair and makeup were done. She is super pleased with her new shape. Here are a few pics.
