Hahah throw back to the eighties but these girls worked it just fine despite having being born in the 90′s. What a pleasure to shoot such beautiful girls. They were so fun and easy going. Obviously the best of friends. We found a few fun places to shoot but of course the alley way is my fav. I loved Solid Gold lol! Anyway take a peek and let them know how awesome they looked

Beaumont Alberta Photographer ~ Sweet and Sassy Photography ~ Olds Wedding Photographer
July 12, 2010This weekend I was invited to shoot the wedding of John Sealy and Melany Hengen in Olds Alberta. This sweet couple were such troopers. I dont think any bride or groom wants to see rain on their wedding day but Melany and John made the best of it. We started with the getting ready. Myself shooting the ladies and Deanna Hall my sidekick for the day shooting the men. It was then in the getting ready stages we saw the rain. Fortunately by the time of their gorgeous ceremony the rain cleared. And then started again in time for formals! What a day! John and Melany wanted to be sure their sweet children L & J were included as well as their third baby (im not sure if she has been named) their Corvette! Melany grew up near this bridge so they definitely got some wonderful memories with the car in the pictures near her childhood home. It was wonderful meeting you both and your wonderful family. Congratulations!

We went to a ravine in Edmonton to shoot these. We were so excited to use a location that had some water. Well of course we get there and the beavers had built a dam so fast! The location was PERFECT the night before and bam 8 am the next day nothing but mud! Well the life of a photographer. If its not the weather hindering your projects its the beavers! So like anyone faced with a challenge you need to make due with what you’ve got. The dandelions turned into a beautiful field of flowers for a beautiful bride and groom.
These last two are my favorites!
Manuella Pararas-Hulbert: These are so lovely Rhonda. Sorry about the dam, you should have taken a pic of it,lol, but I love the dandellions anyways so it looks like it all worked itself out.
Jenny Jardine: Love these Rhonda! I bet the couples thought you were amazing!
Stacey Lund: I love all of these.
Petra King: Beautiful and congrats to the happy couple!
Renee: The field is beautiful, so I guess all is well that ends well. Your colors are so bright and vibrant and the pic of the bride & little guy is so sweet!

I absolutely love when the Fed Ex, man comes to the door. I used to have one that would come that I secretly named FedSexy. Well it wasnt quite a secret because literally my facebook statuses for a couple days were about him. But honestly it wasnt about him at my door that got me excited. Wellll maybe just a little but I digress….it was about the goodies that he brings that makes my day. I received my first metal last week and I adore it. Its sleek, modern, fresh, fun, and just really really cool! I say this because I really like new and cool things. I am usually a gadget junkie but this time it comes in the form of art. These metals come in various sizes. Ones that fit on your desk or larger ones to display on your wall. The one I chose to sample for you all is 16×20 and has mounting blocks on the back to keep it tucked a half inch away from your wall and for ease of hanging! All you need to do is make sure you have your perfect spot picked out. The metals are extremely light and a great way to show off your Sweet and Sassy Photography custom portraiture. Here are a few pics

Lastly I received a 16×24 gallery wrapped canvas. Now I just cant describe how a canvas makes me feel. They are important in a home to add that wow factor when it comes to displaying photographs of your family. I shot the photograph for this canvas last year. By the end of the day the daughter in the picture was done. But what you still get out of it is the bond between a father and daughter and the tender moment captured here. The perfect candidate for a canvas. And one of my favourite pictures ever.
Meredith Rowlen: I LOVE my metals too they are AMAZING.. The photo just doesn't do it justice!! I was SOOO Impressed.. And the Canvas.. Takes my breath away that photo is AMAZING.. you rock girl..
Kelli Adams: I love that canvas shot. It oozes emotion!
Summer: These look AWESOME! Your clients are going to love them!!
Sue Ann: That is awesome Rhonda!! I love both of them!!!
Stacey Lund: These are awesome!
Renee: Well thank you very much, I am now going to have to get a metal sample. It looks beautiful as does your canvas!
Krista Webb: Incredible! Thanks for sharing these! Love that father/daughter shot as well!
Kayla Renckly: Amazing! I need one of those in my house!
Darlene: That is beautiful - I need to get some metal samples too. These are fab!

Krista Webb: They do look BEAUTIFUL! Great work!
Stacey Lund: Beautiful!
wine accessory: The investigation sited is indisputable. I ought to say that tom really need to check his details and re-think his conclusion. The authorites have spoken along with the rest of will need to respect that. Thanks for the nicely laid out into.
Summer: LOVE these!! So so much fun!!! These girls are gonna love them too!
Darlene: What a fun friend shoot - I have to say I dressed like that myself in the 80s!
