Welcome to my wonderful world of photography. For as long as I can remember I have loved creating beautiful images. I have expressed this love in my cooking, in my design business, and now most importantly in my career as a professional photographer. My two incredibly smart and happy children, Madisson and Stryder,along with my amazing husband Steve have been my most ardent photographic subjects. They have also been my biggest supporters in my transition from film to digital photography and in my decision to turn my passion for photography into my profession. As my client, you will thank them for all that I have learned from their patience. One of my greatest professional pleasures is when my clients tell me how relaxed they have felt with our sessions and how much fun they have had with me as their photographer. Day 9, 10, and 11 ~ 25 Days of Macro

Oh boy was it a busy weekend.  So much so that I didnt get a chance to post my macro shots.  I did a lot of shopping ( I wanna yell YEAH like in that Wally World commercial…giggle) and I managed to get some baking done as well as family time in the form of gingerbread beautification.  So here all rolled into one is my weekend :0)

Day 8 ~ 25 Days of Macro

I got the idea in my head that it would be fun to make my own marshmallows.  I knew they were easy.  I had seen them done enough times in culinary school but I had no idea of the flavours I could create.  I suspect i will be a marshmallow making fool by the end of the holidays.  The kids are even trying to come up with new ideas and new inventions of flavours.  Tonight after making these chocolate espresso flavoured ones I got the idea to make a new drink.  An adult drink.  So tonight happiness was found in a wine glass.  Enjoy and let me know if you try to make the drink yourself :)

Today I took the time to photograph a special treat given to us after a special little guys birthday.  This Candy Apple I thought was a great take home goody bag idea and I definitely plan on doing this for future grab bags.  Take a peek.  I love them so much I bit a heart shape into it lol
